Skincare products cannot be refunded but can be exchanged within 7 days in our clinic if the product is unopened and not damaged. An AURA sticker will be placed on all skincare packaging.

If you cannot attend the clinic the buyer is responsible for returned shipping back to us and shipping again back to you <3

If the issue is from our end we will provide you with the correct item with a return label to return the incorrect item
